Any tips? My feet have been especially bad, although I have some numbness and tingling in fingertips as well. They had to hold chemotherapy this latest time because of the neuropathy.

Do you keep ice packs on your hands and feet during the infusions, and ice chips in your mouth?
The neuropathy is a cumulative effect rather than an effect that occurs during infusions. I do use occasional ice or heat, but I must be careful due to fibromyalgia- I can end up with muscle spasms.
While I know that it is a cumulative effect, most guys I talk to have found that ice packs on the hands and feet during the infusion prevent neuropathy. The same way the ice chips prevent dysgeusia. I guess it slows the chemo from attacking the nerves there. Since a lot of guys do it and found it works, you have nothing to lose by trying it. I think they ice for a while and take breaks.

Wow - thank you! Really good specific suggestions. There's a little bit of improvement since they didn't do chemo and I've had my husband start squeezing my toes every so often, but I'm holding these drug suggestions in reserve because I don't want to lose cancer killing momentum.
