I whish you an Happy holidays to all of you. I was diagnosed in January 2020; treated with VMAT-RT 3 Gy X 20 fx = 60 Gy and ADT (Lupron Depot 45 mg/24weeks.

Now my ATS = 0.01 μg/L so I am on remission.

I have also Pulmonary Emphysema and Hypo-immunoglobullemia. Also kidney insufficiency.

Happy Holydays to you too. 64 on AS 3+4Pca. I fast for a day or 2 to reduce inflamation and shrink prostate. Keep up the good fight, we all pilgrims just passing thru to the next world. I take dutesteride, beet capsules for circulation, helps in morning as I get rid of lung phlegm then good all day. Excercise as much as possible to strengthen muscles and reduce viscerial fat, and keep on excercise routine. Love the good and endure the bad as each day brings hills and valleys. Sometimes days go fast sometimes seem to last forever but I thank God that I got to take a trip down here on earth before we all return to our soul root. Again Merry Christ mas.

You are lucky that you have strength to be able to do these exercises,

I am fully handicap and have a weel-chair.
