Just got my PSA test back 3 months post cyberknife before treatment I was bouncing around 5 with a high of 6 . Just prior to treatment PSA test after markers where installed it jumped to 10. Today it's 2.7 I'm worried that this isn't low enough. Should I be? I won't be able to talk to anyone till next week.

Way too soon for meaningful results psa can bounce around for a few years even if trending down
"I'm worried that this isn't low enough. Should I be? " Definitely not. It is what is expected.
Mine psa was 10 at start of sbrt and 3 months later was 2.7. Not doing adt. Now 9 months later it is 1.2. My psa has not been that low for almost 14 years. I think you are probably fine assuming you not doing adt.
Can we talk of or compare % reductions because we are looking at different psa starting points. My last measurable psa was 14.32 in November 23. I didn't commence and complete RT treatment until April 2024 - no ADT.
At 1 month 19 days my psa was 6.11. At 5 months it was 3.42. At almost 7 months it was 3.04.
My 9th (non calendar month) test should be on the 27th December. I can't see it being as low as your 1.2 Mpaddler, but I started from a higher baseline.
In addition my psa test spacing has not been regular, so it is difficult for comparison.
Is that a good result from the baseline I started from? I don't really know!
What do you think?
I had my SBRT in July 2021...Pre treat PSA was 19.3! First post treat PSA was 5. Most recent one was .37! Im due for another one next month. BTW I had no ADT. Be patient and good luck!
on October 2024 I finished my 5 treatments of sbrt. My psa was 3.5 before the treatment. I had a psa today (3 months later) and luckily it is now .58
