Low T… now what

4+3 RALP in May 2020. Clean margins, no hot lymph-nods. excellent outcome, no ED or incontenance . 18 months later PSA rose to .15 so I did salvage radiation and the PSA was at .006 a few months ago.

Meanwhile I find out I have a free testosterone level of 5 pg/mL

I’ve mentioned the low T my urologist during my last visit, no surprise he’s not interested in feeding the fire… which I get. But low T frankly sucks.

My Endo likes the idea of treating this with Letrozol.

Any thoughts?
