Younger man with prostate cancer

Apparently, there has been an increase in prevalence in men under 50 being diagnosed with prostate cancer. I am a journalist investigating a piece on why this is happening for a national newspaper. I am looking for British clinicians who might want to comment on this, any interesting research and trials.
