After 20 imrt txs and 4 months orgovyx will in house bike riding for moderate exercise (hour per night) INCREASE my chances for reoccurrence, mets or advanced prostate cancer

You can and should ride your bike as much as you can, if your butt isn't sore.

Too many to count with more coming all the time. The 2 metrics most associated with longevity are strength and cardiovascular fitness, and that means for us too. After all, we are simply working to delay loss of physiological integrity like any other older person should.
