In 2015, I underwent 45 sessions of radiation (no ADT) for a small amount of 3+3 and even smaller amout of 3+4, with a pre-radiation PSA of 1.7. My PSA has stabilized at .2 for the past two years. Can't find any post radiation predictive models or tools.

Are there a nomograms or similar tools that would predict recurrence after IMRT/IGRT (without ADT).

None that are reliable - it takes a very large sample size, and even with that surgery nomograms are only 60-70% reliable. But a PSA of 0.2 is excellent! What are you worried about?
Yes, here is one. You have to play with the model to compare the different treatment options.
