Apple juice is not an apple
Anyhow, I believe in the importance of a healthy diet and look forward to finding more here in future. Who is this guy in the video?

I agree, apple juice isn’t an apple. In fact any juiced fruit isn’t the fruit.
What I will say, however, is I personally would look at the glycemic load as opposed to the glycemic index.
Pasta, bread, white processed carbs, meats et al? If you take these things quite literally you’d end up with water and broccoli. I don’t believe there’s nothing wrong with these now and then. Just vary everything and keep processed foods to a minimum. You’ve got to look at the whole thing holistically, not one singular part.
What I do, is if I have something a bit naughty, I’ll pay it back with an extra 30% in lengths at the pool. Not a nice casual relaxing swim mind you, I mean a real work out swim.
The way I see it, if I’ve got some a limited time left, I’m going to enjoy my life as best I can and minimize the bad impacts.
Will I ever drink an apple juice again? If I feel like it, yes! I won’t feel guilty about it either.
