I eat roasted beets a lot - love them! I doubt anything you eat or drink will make a difference to your cancer.

T.A. would you consider yourself as having cancer or cancer free,,cause if I have no cancer as my PSA says, and my testosterone is normal, is it possible for there to be psa in the body even though I have no prostate

If you had a prostatectomy, your PSA should be undetectable. I had SBRT (and was cured), so I will always have some PSA.

Just to add a little "sort of related" tip to this beet thing. For any of you future possible Prostate Cancer victims or Prostate Cancer patients awaiting possible treatment, DO NOT listen to the BS going around that "eating certain foods" is another way to beat PCa rather than being treated in the usual way. Be aware, IT DON'T WORK! As a 20+ year PCa survivor and facilitator for our local PCa Support group, I have seen more than one guy who passed away by trying to eat his way healthy instead of getting treatment.

If my choice were eating beets or living just a little longer (debatable), I would choose to remain beet-free! Anyway, good luck.
