May 2022 my PSA was 6.2. Biopsy in August, 3+4=7. 7 of 15 cores noted with cancer. PSA just checked on Nov. 8 and came back 3.9. Why such a drop? I am not on hormones yet.

did you have a digital rectal exam prior to your blood being drawn for your May PSA test? That can elevate the blood PSA level. That happened to me - my PSA was 13.6 after a DRE, but three weeks later it was 12.2.
