Thank you

It slows your cancer and prolongs life. Side effects are individual.

I read so much about SE of ERLEADA and therefore I would prefer NUBEQA. Would you agree, that that’s a good choice for me (pls see bio)

Side effects only affect those who get them. I suspect Erleada is more powerful. You can try it - if it gives too many side effects, you can try Zytiga or Xtandi. How will you get insurance to cover Nubeqa?

In Europe it’s included.

I have been on Nubeqa for 18 months and my psa is <.02. Diagnosed in 2015, G9, psa 20.6. Radiation.

Eligard failed, psa rose to 1.78 in one month. Still on adt, monthly Lupron.

Side effects? No energy but I get to the gym 5 days a week. I just refuse to let energy be my issue. My doctors know but say I am doing the right thing.

Why refuse biopsy?

I've been on Lupron and Erleada for a 1 1/2 years, the usual side effects are tolerable but I wish would go away. Cancer undetectable. Oh, went from 4to 3 Erleada pills a day because some Vertigo 14 months ago.
