Cialis or generic Tadalafil

I had RP on December 23 2020, Doc wants me to take Cialis. SpecificallY he wants to promote circulation to the penis and area. I understand that The generic Tadalafil works just as well. Is it less expensive? Are there any natural supplements that are just as effective?

I pay $17/month for generic tadalafil. Why mess around with supplements with prices this good?

ok I live in Australia. Cialis is a drug that is not covered by our national health system. Before and after surgery I had it prescribed. At that time there was no generic Tadafil in Australia as it was still covered by patent. The cost was $AUD206 per month. Then last September it came off patent. The cost for Cialis dropped to $AUD69.99 straight away. But I switched to a generic that costs $29.99. I found no difference at all in efficacy.
