Here are my results:

Prior to Nov. 2018: generally between 0.6 and 0.9 following my last HIFU in 2015

Nov. 2018: 0.9

mid-April 2019: 1.8

mid-May 2019: 2.27 - urologist says PC has returned; no biopsy; Axumin and MRI scans note "anomalous" activity in the midline suggesting recurrence, no metastases seen; begin fenbendazole (4 g) 3 days on 4 days off

mid-June 2019: 1.8 - continue FZ 4g 3on/4off

mid-July 2019: 1.5 - continue FZ 4g 3on/4 off

mid-September 2019 - 1.99 (anxiety level rises) - continue FZ 4g now daily

mid- October 2019 - 1.5 reduce dosage to 1g or 2g (whatever I could get), sometimes daily, sometimes M-F, sometimes every other day (essentially 3on/4off)

mid-November 2019: 1.5

on 11/21 ordered 750 mebendazole tablets 100 mg from India for $193.50 + $15 shipping - received 12/6 and started taking 2 pills with lunch (peanut butter = fat) and 2 with dinner (always some fat)

December 12, 2019: 1.4

I switched to mebendazole because fenben was getting expensive for an unproven medication and the sources on Amazon were sometimes not in stock - and it's pills instead of granules so much easier to take, and apparently just as effective - I ordered a lot in case some lowlife pseudo-pharma company (doesn't create meds, just buys the rights to sell them) buys all the Indian rights like it has in the US

I need the Indian source of Mebendazole is it online? I need to order doxycycline 100mg capsues too.

I think you should continue taking the deworming capsule, as it takes time to get a response. Do you have genetic test done?

Good luck!

well, mebendazole is the dewormer specifically for humans, it's another bendazole drug and works the same way, just has a slightly different molecular composition (or something-something) - no, no genetic test, I've never been that far along (though it's been like 11+ years now), never had mets

the source in India I've been using successfully for a decade now is AllDay Chemist alldaychemist.com/ - they don't always have everything I'm looking for, but they do have mebendazole (I paid about 27¢ per pill, far cheaper than fenben) and doxy (two brands, 14¢ and 20¢ per 100mg pill - why do people take doxy for PC? aren't you worried about taking doxy if you don't have a bacterial infection?). That's where I also get metformin without having to argue with my doctor about it because I don't have diabetes. I also get my migraine med there because I can get as many as I want without having to argue with the insurance company, but I pay somewhat more for the convenience than insurance would cover.

May I ask why you started with 4g a day? I think I read another poster say her husband was taking that much but was feeling very ill because if it. Had you read something that made you start with that high dose?

I figured I was a big dog (40+ lbs) and I also wanted to start off with a hard hit to the cancer, which has been stubbornly lurking there for almost 12 years, but at least never spreading - I'd read enough to think that much wouldn't hurt me, and if it did there would be no permanent damage, it's proven to be pretty safe as drugs go (if liver counts go high, they return to normal when the dosage is reduced or discontinued) - and I've always been one to kind of experiment on myself - even though I have GERD, I had zero ill effects from that dosage, and my liver counts proved it, but I know that isn't true for everybody, and maybe more so when it's combined with other meds - even now I'm taking 400mg/day of mebendazole when the standard dose is 100mg - after my next blood tests I may cut back or may continue at this level
