This should improve with time. Do a YouTube search on Exercises for incontinence in men.

When I Googled "REZUM prostate therapy", I got this:

Rezum is a minimally invasive transurethral water vapour therapy for benign prostatic enlargement which uses thermal energy for treatment. The short-term results show it to have good outcomes with a potential for outpatient-based treatment preserving sexual function.Aug 12, 2018

Rezum: a new transurethral water vapour therapy for benign prostatic ...

ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...

The paper talks about Rezum as being used for BPH.

. . . Did you have BPH, or prostate cancer ?

I agree with Magnus1964 -- "two weeks out" is too soon to judge _any_ therapy, or its side-effects.

. . . Kegel exercises will probably help, but they take months to have a real effect (IMHO).

In the meantime, ask your doc (or a nurse) about a "condom catheter" and leg bag.

Shortly after prostate removal, when I had no bladder control, that combination let me get out of the bed, and out of the house. It was much better than any pads that I found.

Wow, I've seen a poster for 'rezum' at my urologist's office. It sounded like a safer, less invasive alternative to TURP. I had TURP many years ago and had no difficulties afterwards. Yours is a cautionary tale. I hope things clear up soon.
