Kegel Training App for iPhone?

Any recommendations for an app - looking for something that has different levels of difficulty and various routines, but don't need a lot of bells and whistles. It would be great to find one that works all the way up to something like the suggested (by some) 10 second holds for 10 repetitions. Thanks in advance.

Kurt,

You might try Kegel Kat. It was recommended to me by my continence therapist a while ago and was helpful. The link for the IPhone version is

itunes.apple.com/us/app/keg...

Good luck! Ken

My husband has used Squeezy NHS Pelvic Floor and also Daily Water which is great for reminding you to drink. V useful after RP. Not sure where you are in your journey, but all the best.

Thanks for the information - will check these out. Currently doing Kegels in preparation for upcoming surgery and will then resume after catheter is removed. I wish you and your husband all the best and continued good health.
