How do you mean, are u leaking water/milk.? How pregnant are u?

Ok, in that case I would go to your gp, it most probably hormonal.

Definitely go to your doctor for tests! Lactation can be caused by hormones being released inappropriately but these hormones can be affected by lumps (thyroid or pituitary gland) or even by drug responses. This may be nothing too serious (e.g. stress related) but it can be a tumour so please get it checked out.

If you are not pregnant you need to go to the doctor if there are any changes in your breasts, such as unexplained lumps or discharge. They are ususally very good at getting to see you quickly. Good luck! xx :)
