My ⭐ that's falling again

I am fifth time pregnant and this time even embryo is not seen on ultra sound. I started bleeding on 41-th day on 51-th did the scan - nothing. Yesterday, after one more not resultative scan I took medication for abortion but in evening the doctor called and said that my hCG is abnormal high more than 220000 (today I am exactly 8weeks)and as it is abnormal high they should do it with surgery.I am close to my 43 and maybe more close to my last pregnancy. But even with continuing pain in my belly and no stopping bleeding I believe in a miracle, because I don't have other what to do.

Before I did all analysis and all were in norms. After having know that pregnant used progesterone and aspirin.

I fall in pregnancy naturally, but it passed more than 2,5 years after last miscarriage.

My star shines with it's 5 rays from the sky and nobody knows why!
