bonjour, je suis enceinte de 7 semaine, depuis deux jours je saigne ça a commencer légèrement mais après ça a devenu comme des règles, une nuit j’ai pas pû dormir à cause des crampes, et maintenant j’ai vu dans mes toilettes un caillou de sang , ça ma fait peur vraiment mon rendez-vous prévu pour demain mais je suis inquiète, j’aimerais entendre vos expériences pour me réconforter ( c'est ma deuxième grossesse)
