Nose bleeds and spotting now and again at 15 weeks 6 days

Last Thursday I had some brown bleeding so went and got checked at hos. While waiting to be seen my nose just started bleeding. Listened to babys heartbeat and was strong and was told to take it easy. Everything been okay since that day til today light spotting and heavy nose bleed started and now all stopped as anyone else got this please. I have low papp a 0..41mom and gestional diabetes

I had some amazing nose bleeds during my first pregnancy. One was when I'd been in bed and it all gave out when I sat up 😬 I thought I was dying. Apparently they're quite common as you create more blood during pregnancy and your blood pressure changes and different things make nose bleeds more common. Blooming scary though. I hadn't had a nose bled since I was a child.

I too had what was more than spotting at 6w5 and 14w2. And roughly 8-10 times in entire pregnancy that had nose bleeds , mainly during hotter days like now.
