never experienced nausea before after bleeding nausea started and it’s been 5 days nausea still never went away just got worse the bleeding was a few black clumps some brown blood and the just brown spotting

Had you done a pregnancy to confirm you were pregnant? If not I'd say it sounds like your period and that you've lost some old blood. I used to have lots of black and brown blood when I had the coil and my periods weren't regular.

There’s no way to know unless you do another pregnancy test in a few days or you call the EPU to have a scan. I would suggest that to be safe you need to go to your local EPU and get checked out ASAP.

Would they see you straight away for a scan? I have the same issues and my doctor told me that he referred me to this unit but I need to wait until they get in touch with me.

I would call them directly. I have never bothered trying to go through GP. They usually offer me an appointment within 48h max. Early pregnancy can have so many emergencies, they can’t possible expect you to go through a referral system. If all else fails, go to your A&E and they will send you straight to be seen in the EPU. I have done that too in the past.
