Is it too early to tell or period just unstable?

Hi, I have PCOS so I’m prescribed medroxyprogesterone to bring on a “cycle” if I haven’t had one after a while. I started taking the pills little over a week ago but had unprotected sex when I was on day 9 of the medication. Usually my period would start when I’m almost through taking it or a couple days later. This time it’s like it’s stopping and started. Like I will bleed, and then later nothing. I know from reading it’s not implantation bleeding. I also think it’s too early to consider pregnancy but I’m still worried. Could it be pregnancy or is my period just being weird?

I think this is your body adjusting to the pill, it does not look like it is an implantation discharge as it looks brown or pinkish. But if you are still worried, it might be a good idea to speak to your GP or gynecologist… good luck!
