Trying to get pregnant

Hello I'm new here. I'm a mom of six but my partner doesn't have any. We've been together for many years and we both are ready to take this relationship to the next level. I was diagnosed with T2 Diabetes and am taking Metformin. Can anyone offer me any advice.

I understand your worries and I am sure your doctors will monitor you quite closely because of your diabetes. I think you will continue the same medication during pregnancy, and will have to follow a special diet to keep your diabetes controlled. I know it is easier said than done, but try not to worry too much and try to get as much information from your GP and midwife as possible to make sure this pregnancy goes well
