Is it ectopic, misscarriage or just too early?

My doctor has given me three scenarios of what might be happening! It’s 7 weeks since my last period however I am irregular and I didn’t ovulate until later in my cycle (tested). So I could be around 4 - 5 weeks. Does this look normal? I’m worried sick!

They’ve asked me to come back in 10 days for a follow up USS and also having two rounds of blood tests for hCG
