Hey, I’m 7 weeks pregnant and my husband and I have not gotten along at all this week. We had two big fights and I feel like my pregnancy symptoms have disappeared.
I was super sick and breasts were tender. Now nothing but anxiety.
I’m super scared of losing this angel baby. I have had 3 miscarriages from a rare condition that has thankfully been fixed. I am praying that I get to keep this little one.

Have you spoken to your doctor? I have a history of miscarriages so with a lot of my pregnancies I have always been monitored by the Early Pregnancy Unit.
I’m sure it’ll be nothing to worry about, but call your GP if you’re concerned.
I worried about the impact of stress on my baby too (I have PTSD, so anxiety is a constant battle for me, but I read an article that made a lot of sense. It said that stress was unlikely to be a factor in baby loss, because of what our ancestors went though (the constant fear of villages being raided, wars, disease etc). Therefore if stress was such a huge factor, none of us would be here and thriving.
Having said that, it’s best to try to find new coping strategies that work for you, so you can enjoy your pregnancy. You can definitely ask for extra scans and appointments x x
I just wanted to say that it is quite common for early symptoms of pregnancy to come and go. Ring your GP for reassurance if you are very anxious, but I hope this is reassuring to know. Best wishes!
