7 week miscarriage - is nausea normal?

Naturally beginning to bleed and scan revealed miscarriage extremely likely but now very nauseous. Is this normal?

Am battling covid at same time so just want to try and understand the cause of the nausea.

Im so sorry 🥺 but i want to wish you get well soon. I had MC too and i have still pregnancy symptoms like nausea and my breast still hurting and swollen. (But it will just go away in few weeks). Hope for you'r fast recovery. Sending you hugs 🤗
