Covid jab and aps

I have been delaying getting my 1st jab, as I was awaiting test and results, I have since been diagnosed with aps, I work in the care sector my workplace have been amazing with me delaying until I had recieved my test results, now I have them and, what with the new Variant, I know I need to get the jab done to also save my job, that being said has anyone got aps, and, had any side effects? As I also want to start trying for my rainbow baby after my 2 losses, thanks
