Hey i conceived on the 11th of last month & my period was suppose to start yesterday ,yesterday I had light bleeding & real bad cramps not sure if it’s my period or implantation bleeding … can I get some help !!!!

Have you taken a pregnancy test? If your period was due yesterday that's the only way to work out if your bleeding is implantation or your period.
I would get your hormone levels checked. Could give you some really good peace of mind.
