If you've not had a missed period it's could just be your period arriving a bit early. If you want to know for sure you'd need to speak to your doctor as no one in here will be able to give you a definite answer.
If you haven't missed a period yet, it's unlikely to be a miscarriage. What day of your cycle are you?
