Cleaning products and pregnancy- should I be worried?

I’m constantly cleaning my workspace and the space around me with an anti bac/anti Virus spray that’s supplied by the job in the hopes to keep myself and baby safe from picking up anything.

However, now I’m panicked that all this spraying and cleaning might be causing more damage than good. I’m 9 weeks and starting to spiral thinking about how much I have probably inhaled of this stuff and the damage I may have caused.

But I’m torn, how do I keep myself safe from nasties (I woke with the public) but not drive myself crazy thinking about all the chemicals?

Can anyone put me out of my misery and tell me I’m being paranoid!

Thanks!

I've been told only things containing bleach shouldn't be used and of it is necessary then in a VERY well ventilated area. If I were you I wouldn't be worried, but ask your midwife on next appointment just to further lower your anxiety

Through my last pregnancy I never stopped using anything I always clean with bleach it what I’ve been brought up with to use whilst cleaning with any other products and I’m 22 weeks pregnant and still cleaning with everything.
