Should I be worried?

This is my second pregnancy I already have a daughter and from what I can remember I didn’t really have symptoms with her except my missed period and I feel like I have no pregnancy symptoms at all I’m nearly 8 weeks I’m tired have back pain sometimes feel tiny cramps and twinges but that’s it should I be worried ?

Congratulations hun. Its hard not to worry but what your experiencing sounds normal, if its bad pain on one side or any type of bleeding contact Epu xx

Yeah no bad pains or bleeding I think I’m just worrying over nothing I’ll be fine when I have my first scan ! X

I had no symptoms the first time round, only a missed period, never had any typical pregnancy symptoms at all.

Baby is now 17 months old and I'm now 5 weeks pregnant with number 2 and again no symptoms this time either except for a missed period.

I would say try not to worry as it's not a bad sign from my experience to not have symptoms. Congratulations and good luck xx

Yeah I just want my first scan now so I know everything is ok I’ll be fine after that I think and congratulations!! Xx

Congratulations, this is my third baby and I’m 10 weeks. Unless you’ve any bleeding or pain I wouldn’t worry. Enjoy it because you never know when symptoms may appear.

I’ve had awful nausea, exhausted, and back ache since 5 weeks so envy you haha x

HiI am 7 weeks pregnant for 2nd child and I have no symptoms of nausea or back pain until now but suddenly I felt very bad pain in my lower stomach in the daytime then in the middle of night I felt like some bleeding and I was worried why it happened like that then I went to A&E emergency . then they did ultrasound and said everything is fine. I am still getting blood spotting now and then.

So I want to know what happened with me
