I'm in my final trimester and I'm always nakerd I have two younger kids aswell so do the school run but by time I've done I'm exhausted again but at same time I can't sleep early at night any advise

I've been given 2 iron tabs a day because I'm anemic but I just feel awful all day even after sleep I can't seem to motivate myself when I feel like this not even to cook

I’m 28 weeks I’m the same! I want to nap around 3pm-6pm. My nausea has returned as well. I think it’s normal to go tired in the last trimester. Don’t be hard on yourself. I know you have children but try and rest at any opportunity xxx

Awwww bless her. I have thick skin so I can’t feel body parts yet. I’m 29 weeks. I feel like but no body parts. The pain I get is like a stretching pain under my boobs like where my highest part of my belly is. So painful I have my heat pack on me a lot. When are you due xxx ps how are your endo pains I have non and I do not miss mine lol

I spent most of my third trimester in bed, I had to sign off work early due to just being so tired and also unable to walk properly by around 32 weeks as baby was so low - he came out 8lb so I can understand why now! I also struggled with napping and then not being able to sleep early on a night, I found that it was all about routine, if you’re consistent with what time you go to bed and wake up, create a little routine for yourself to wind down either getting a shower/bath, comfy pjs, some self care and then your body will get used to that cycle and you’ll find it easier to start drifting off☺️ But yeah even with a full nights sleep I still found that towards the end, I barely got out of bed😪 definitely worth trying a new bedtime routine for yourself though to see if you can sleep earlier and that might help aleviate some tiredness☺️

I've been refurloughed and I'm so glad I'm starting to think my body is also confusing hunger with tiredness aswell it's really frustrating I've just done school run and I'm tired again going back to bed soon I can't walk properly either

I definitely would listen to your body at this point, I tried to carry on for so long that I was sent on early maternity because my manager could see that it was getting too much for me! Rest as much as you can and let your body do what it knows is best, I was very glad of the extra sleep by time my little one came!🥰
