Brown spotting signs of miscarrying? I had my tubes tied/burned 14 years ago. I took a positive test last week. A few days ago, I had severe pain in my pelvis. I assumed it was in my tubes. I went to ER. US showed a cyst causing the pain in my ovary and showed the fetus is in my uterus. the hospital said I'm 5 1/2 weeks. Ive spotted a brown color off and on since er visit. The doctor said its probably from the hour long ultrasound I had and to not worry. I am worried because I never spotted with my other 2..
