Any help or advice is 100% needed right now! My LG is 9 nearly 10 months and is point blank refusing to go to bed at night 😫 she use to be such a good sleeper 6.30-6.30, but now she is waking during the night won’t go back to sleep for hours on end, fighting naps and I have to cuddle her in to get her to sleep then stay with her during the night for her to sleep!

I’m an over tired working mum who just needs any advice at all

Thankyou in advance

Hi Rebecca,

hard to judge not knowing the baby's regime, how many day naps, length of wake times is. But at 10 months old the norms are 2 naps a day, 2-3 hours altogether, and total waketime of 10:50-12:30. So for sure almost no baby at this age would be sleeping 12 hours at night. You are putting her to sleep way too early.

Try increasing the waketimes, starting from at least 3:30 each and gradually increase.

I personally know many mom's, whose babies slept 9,5-10 hours at 10 months, which is totally fine.
