Leaving my babies for the first time anxiety

So I have a baby shower to go to on sat and hubby is going to his parents an hour away. He’s arranged to see some friends whilst he’s there, so the twins are staying with his parents for a couple of hours, which I’m fine with but then he said a couple of the lads will go back with him and now their gfs wanna come to see the babies. I feel so anxious about them being passed around to them as I’m not there to watch them 😩 hubby being hubby will probably be distracted with friends to notice who’s holding them. I’m so scared my babies will forget me if there’s other women around taking their attention! Anyone get like this the first time?

Do you not have social distancing or lock down rules where you are? Here we're not allowed to have people in our houses except 1 group bubble at a time. So if you're in the UK friends and girlfriends shouldn't be going into the house at all.

I would not expect anyone to be holding my child at present except those in my family bubble.

They certainly won't forget you on a few hours, and they will be happy to see you when you get back but I'd definitely not be happy if he let's them be passed around.

Yes we are very careful who we see reg covid and will be socially distanced but know my hubby can be a bit relaxed when with friends.

The last bit of ur comment really helps , the reassurance they won’t forget me is what I needed , thank you
