hi all I found out I’m about 9 weeks pregnant and I’m panicking I have so much going on right now then I find out I’m pregnant after being told I would never have children after having cervical cancer and half my cervix removed.

im still waiting for the doctors to actually get back to me in regards to booking me in to help me but in the mean time I need help I really don’t know what to do.

Hey congratulations, what do you need help with? Have you phoned the midwives too to get a booking appointment? Defo push for the red’ high risk oath which will get you lots of monitoring and discuss having a stitch etc too good luck xx

Thanks but I don’t know if I want it the father doesn’t and I’m on my own (me and him are not together never have been). I just want help and nonjudgmental advice on what I can expect and or what I should do and if adoption could be an option for the baby.

If you want advice about not continuing with the pregnancy or adoption, the British pregnancy advice service is a charity that can offer you advice and counselling to make an informed decision. It must be scary especially after cancer treatment, you will probably find you get put onto a high risk pathway so hopefully someone will be on touch soon, good luck with everything x
