Pelvic Pain after c section

Hi

I’m getting a really dull pain in my pelvis when lying down in bed, especially when I turn over in bed. I somewhere a ‘pop’ when I turn and I’m not sure where it’s coming from..has anyone experienced this?

I had an emergency c-section 3 weeks ago after 19 hours of labour
