I started taking Seven Seas branded pregnancy tablets which contain iron,’folic acid and vitamin D but have been noticing that when I went to the toilet yesterday and today my poo is green with black dots all over it. Should I be concerned and call my gp??

Iron will make your poo darker. Try stopping them and see if it clears up in a few days. Green poo is not an issue unless you're otherwise ill/having diarrhoea

I was taking the Pregnacare vitamins (sane as Seven Seas) and my urine was bright green! Normally if you body has enough already of a particular vitamin it will release it. I am just taking now the Boots Folic Acid and vitamin D and that seems to have stopped my urine being that colour.
