Losing symptoms 6-7 weeks

So I'm 19 and am supposed to be 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant. My symptoms seemed to let up besides food cravings. My breasts do not hurt at all. I do get veins in my belly and breasts still. Im a little worried. I had tugging pains at 4 weeks and imbedding pain at 5. But now no more uterus pains.

Try not to worry but it is quite common for symptoms to come and go in early pregnancy. One minute you feel dreadful and then feel worried that you're feeling ok. Good luck!
