My and my boyfriend have recently decided that we would like to try for a baby although I’m only 20 we think it’s the right time for us. I was just wondering how long it took other mums to fall pregnant after being on the pill? I’ve been on the pill for almost two years now but I have a feeling it’s going to take a while to get pregnant.
I already have an almost two year old and with her I missed a few days of the pill and for pregnant right away but I don’t know if it would work the same this time around?
What can I do to increase my chances of getting pregnant within the next few months and when is most likely I would?

I agree. Everyone is different. I was on the pill for almost 3 years then had a withdrawal bleed a few days later then after 4 weeks got my period then I missed my next period where I found out I was expecting and I am now 36 weeks pregnant so it can happen fast for some people but others take longer. Good luck TTC xx
I stopped the pill and never happened for me so had IVF. It’s different for everyone.
I stopped my pill in July 2017 and I didnt fall pregnant until December of 2018. They say everyone is different dont they! My doctor told me it can take a year for your hormones to regulate after the pill. I've been on contraception for over 10 years and my only break was to try for a baby! It's different for everyone though so good luck xx
I was on the pill for 11 years and came off at the end of October 2019 and fell pregnant with twins within 2 weeks! I really thought I was going to be able to enjoy the Christmas festivities 😅 start taking some folic acid and don't think too much into it x
