Hello I did a clear blue test aflbefore 1 week it gave me that im.pregnamt for 1 -2 weeks and dis my hcg test it was 240 .i have appointment with the gyn on wednesday but i have cramps loke the ones that come durimg my period . I am not suffering from something elselike neusia vomiting. Any help?

I never had any nausea or sickness my entire pregnancy so it's not a sign of anything if you don't have it.

The cramps could be implantation cramps if you're not experiencing any other symptoms there's not much you can do except wait it out.
