I have twin boys and they are 8 weeks old. When they cry I have noticed teeth starting to come through however the teeth coming through are molars at the back of their mouths? No other teeth and i have even felt the teeth and they are 100% coming through. Is this normal??

I know you said they are 100% teeth, but are you sure they're not Epstein pearls? These can easily be mistaken for teeth, I mistook one for a tooth coming through when my son was 12 weeks.
Same comment on epsteins pearls from me aswell. Appear to look like teeth coming as they are white patches on the gums.
