Hello, just wondering, when your midwife get in touch with you after registering in self referral maternity form? I am waiting over a week now, I am now on my 12 week, still have not received an invitation on my first Scan ((

I suppose it depends on your borough/what part of the country you are in but that does seem a bit slow on their part. I think I would chase it up!

Did you book to see midwife? How I get it is that you register and then call surgery to book midwife appt between 8-10 weeks and they send off your forms. You then get a letter to give scan date. Ring docs/midwife x
