2 weeks after first midwife appointment and still waiting First Scan letter ???

I went to my first appointment 2 weeks ago and still waiting for scan letter to come. I live in Watford is it normal? I am 11 weeks 3 days now.

I would call them, because the best time to have your scan is between 12 and 13.3 weeks.

Mind you I saw the midwife at 10 weeks my scan was just in time

I wonder if 'Easter' has held everything up for you, give obstetric ultrasound a bell to see if your in system x

Hi I agree with cheekymonkey3791 the Easter holiday may of held things up I would give them a ring and find out they may tell you over the phone when your scan is

u should of got ur date u need to call asap cos you will go over the time for the nuchal fold tests..u still have a couple of weeks but def get onto them today x

What a bad system in UK.. I called but nobody answers since they work only monday, tuesday and friday 2-4 pm.. This is ridiculus..

My midwife I think did not send the scan documents I think. I am 11 weeks 4 days and havin scan 10th April so I will be 12 weeks 4 days..

I live in Hertford and am sorry to say that Herts NHS trust have been fairly rubbish so far! If you think you should have an appointment and don't get one through, make sure you chase them up!
