Spd

Hiya,

Im currently 14 weeks pregnant and dealing with SPD and sciatica and have been since 7 weeks. I had SPD on my last pregnancy and ended up with a c section but just because of the way she was laying. I have a consultant meeting in July when im 22 weeks. Its only getting worse. I am just wondering what the best way to give birth is?
