I have had it during this pregnancy too. I was referred to physio but it hasn't really helped. The one thing that did was reflexology. I went last weekend and I was honestly amazed by how much better I felt!! I wasn't optimistic before. Also I have a belt which I bought on amazon for a few pounds. That has also been useful.

Have a look on Google as I will be terrible at explaining. It's working on your feet and different parts connect to different parts of the body. I went to a lady who specialises in pregnancy.

I will have a look now, I'm really finding it hard as I have a 3 year old son too and all I want to do is be in the bath or in bed, as there the only two things that help me... I feel sick all the time so struggling to eat :-( x

I feel your pain. I got to 33 weeks and felt desperate like I couldn't cope with it for another 7 weeks but I felt completely different after sat. I have a toddler and it's so hard to be picking him up and running around!

HI kelly and All suffering with SPD, I feel your pain.

I’m a clinical massage therapist, specialising in maternity massage.

But when I was pregnant ( 4 months ago) I struggled with SPD and found the typical exercises didn't relive the pain I found a way to treat this myself. So, I have chosen to research this for my degree. if your suffering with SPD or PGP during or aftre pregancy or have done in the last year, please get in touch at treatMeAtHome@gmail.com
