I have had it during this pregnancy too. I was referred to physio but it hasn't really helped. The one thing that did was reflexology. I went last weekend and I was honestly amazed by how much better I felt!! I wasn't optimistic before. Also I have a belt which I bought on amazon for a few pounds. That has also been useful.
Thanks for replying to me, may I ask what reflexology is.?
Have a look on Google as I will be terrible at explaining. It's working on your feet and different parts connect to different parts of the body. I went to a lady who specialises in pregnancy.
I will have a look now, I'm really finding it hard as I have a 3 year old son too and all I want to do is be in the bath or in bed, as there the only two things that help me... I feel sick all the time so struggling to eat x
