Urine test negative, but ultrasound got baby

Hi.. I am pregnant 11weeks,but urine test negative.., when go clinic doc do ultrasound got baby n heart beat too.. M still confused.. Is it possible like tat.

Very possible some women does produce enough HCG but are still pregnant which is why some women end up not knowing that they are until a lot later or if even at all until birth like as the show I didn’t know I was pregnant but congratulations on your baby
