My 18 month had a temp of 38.2 it’s slowly going down but he is still very hot to touch and Rosie cheeked. He’s hardly drinking anything all day, nappies ain’t wet, and when they are very offensive wee, and he hasn’t eaten much. Any advice? He’s had calpol and nurofpen all day

I would always phone doctors or out oh hours 111 for advice x
Use a syringe if you can to get fluids in him a few mls at a time, juice instead of water. Keep him cool but not so cool it makes him shiver.
Get him to the docs in the morning if you can wait, but if your really worried call 111 or pop to your local walk in centre if possible x
How’s little guy now?
38.2 isn’t too bad for a temperature, so that in itself wouldn’t cause me any worry at all.
But if you notice he’s not being himself, floppy etc then definitely have him seen.
