Am I pregnant??????

So I’ve had the nexplanan implant in my arm since 12/2/17 and I’ve been sexually active a lot, for a while I wasn’t doing anything sexual and I met this guy who I started sleeping around with, we never Used protection and he always came in me..... The last time we had sex was 9/20/18 and I’ve been feeling a little weird ever since. I have sensitive nipples and really bad nausea before and after eating . A change in my appetite. Recently I started having a runny nose and my body aches all the time. I’ve been super emotional and attempting to sleep a lot I’m also tired all the time. My body feels really weak and my feet and ankles have been swelling up a lot lately even when I’m just laying down. My friends tell me I’ve been sleeping a lot but I don’t feel like it because I’m always so tired and feel sleepless. My stomach and my chest feels heavy but to me I don’t know if they look different I never really looked at myself like that. I keep googling if you can get pregnant with the implant and they all say it’s only a 0.5% chance..... moral of the story is that I’m scared shitless I can’t afford to take the test right now and I was wondering if anyone has every been in a situation like this? Or knows anyone that has been? Does it sound like I’m pregnant ? Can I really be pregnant ? I’m so scared.

You can get free pregnancy tests from family planning clinics if you don’t want to see your doctor. You need to set your mind at rest xx

You would have to be very unlucky to fall pregnant on the implant, but you read about it happening. Taking a test really is the only way to know. I’d be more concerned about STI’s though with your symptoms it really could be anything.
