I have endometriosis, I don’t know the stage, but got pregnant after a month trying. I had a gorgeous baby girl in May. Good luck!

Did you have cyst because of endo ?

Did you have lap before trying to get pregnant

After lap for six months it is easy to get pregnant

I was stage two and had my lap in January, had it removed from uterus, bladder, pelvis, rectum and pouch of Douglas. At my four week follow up the surgeon said that if I didn't try to get pregnant right away that it might never happen as my disease was so significant. I also had two cysts removed from left ovary and fluid drained from around the ovary and my bladder and uterus had fused together so had them separated.

We started trying in march but weren't really having sex again regularly until the April really and I found out I was three weeks pregnant in June, so we were only trying for 2-3 months before I conceived. My consultant said that it was unlikely we would get pregnant naturally but so far everything is fine, I had an early scan to rule out eptopic and have my 12 week scan in 10 days time.

I hated trying not knowing if we would be able to or not, and cried like a baby when I was told it might not happen. Found out I was expecting three weeks before my 6 month follow up which would have been the appointment when we were referred for IVF. So you just never know.

Everyone had loads of advice and opinions but I don't think you know until you try.

I really hope it all works out for you, this disease is so awful anyway that the fertility worries just make it even worse.

Best of luck, and hope my reply has helped? Have you spoken to your consultat or gynae specialist about it?

Really do wish you all the luck with making babies xxx

Ive got severe endo, was trying for a year without a result, had lap in September - endo everywhere, bowels, back off the stomach, both tubes attached the the uterus, tubes twisted and not looking healthy however it wasn’t decided if they were blocked or not.

Got referred to IVF, now 24 weeks pregnant after the first cycle!

Did you have symptoms

Yes but I didn’t realise they were symptoms until I was diagnosed. When I was 13-15 I had awfully painful, heavy periods and my belly was bloating just before the period. That’s it. I was prescribed contraceptive pills to calm it down and it worked. But it was too late then, all the adhesions that were removed recently were old. The pill stopped endo but it already made a mess...

Your pain was only during period right ?

For How long you ttc ?

Did you use serrapeptase for blocked tubes ?

Pain was only during period. It was horrendous - I was on tramadol and strong stuff but I hardly helped.

We were ttc for a year when I went to gp, due to my age (33) and history he pushed it very quickly and in 4 months we had an appointment with ivf clinic. I have not used anything to help with the tubes as I didn’t know that they were twisted and deformed until the surgery. I didn’t want the endo to get worse, as it does when you are not on hormonal drugs, and as advices by consultant we went straight for ivf.

There’s also a medicine called Vissane that’s widely used in Europe to treat endo. It is said after it brings results after taking it for 1-2 years.

If you have troubles getting pregnant so I really gonna struggle with my infertility

I have daily pain which means adhesions and stage 4 not just period time 💔

I will try to get pregnant next year

I am really hopeless

I need to save money for ivf 😪

Are you on any medication now? Endo can be controlled kind of...

and the fact that I struggled doesn’t mean you will be, we are all different and every case is special. I had really old adhesions but no daily pain. Don’t be too hard on yourself . Look for medical help

There is no medicine for adhesions as most of the doctor said adhesions usually not notable and you can live with them without knowing

The only treatment is laproscopy or surgery which I avoid it because it may causes more adhesions
