Pregnant?

So I’ve been in the pill for about 5 months now. I’m on the one hormone pill and get irregular bleeding. About 3 weeks ago I had unprotected sex and right after I had a period which lasted almost 2 weeks. Since then I’ve had pain whilst urinating, like a stinging pain and my urine was dark and had tiny amounts of blood I suspected. However that only lasted a few days. After that I’ve been experiencing symptoms such as nausea, low back pain and dizziness. I feel like I’m thinking too far into it and haven’t taken any tests as I thought it was unlikely that I’d be pregnant since I’m on the pill and have had a period but it’s playing on my mind. Could there be any chance of pregnancy?
